1st Annual Ladies Shoot
Calling all ladies – it’s time to take aim! Join us for a women-only shooting event focused on firearm safety, handling, and technique in a fun, supportive environment. No boys allowed! Guns and ammo will be provided, or feel free to bring your own. More details to come.

National Range Day (June 7th) is a day created to recognize the 2.3 million licensed gun owners who responsibly, legally, and safely own and use firearms in Canada
Mabel Lake Fishing Derby
Annual Mabel Lake Fishing Derby to be held first weekend in May at the Mabel Lake Provincial Park. Date May 2, 3 & 4. RV parking gets very tight, so reserve space, or set up early!
Fishing Forever™
For many years, we've hosted the Fishing Forever™ event, fostering community and outdoor fun. In collaboration with the Vernon Fish and Game Club, we now welcome over 100 participants, including clients and caregivers.
Each participant and volunteer gets a hat or T-shirt with the Fishing Forever™ logo.
Volunteers serve a barbecue lunch with burgers, hot dogs, and coffee, a favorite part of the day.
